Nomination Qualification
All nomination materials must be submitted through the official website registration portal by April 15, 2025, at 11:59 pm EDT. No extensions for any reason or any materials committed through other channels are accepted.
Industry Focus: Open to all innovative technologies, products, and solutions contributing to industrial and social development. The industry must align with BEYOND EXPO’s areas of focus.
Eligibility: Applicants must be legally registered companies or recognized legal institutions.
Project Timeline: Nominated projects must have been first listed or published after March 1, 2024, or be expected to launch before March 1, 2025. Technologies or projects published within this period must have obtained relevant intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property Compliance: Submitted technologies and products must not infringe on any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Product Categories: Submissions must be made under the appropriate product category. Details and options for categories are provided in the nomination form on the official website.
Submission Format: Each nomination must be submitted in JPG format, with a file size not exceeding 16 MB. For intangible products, applicants may submit screenshots or diagrams.
Awards Benefits:
- Free access to a BEYOND Expo startup booth (approximately 1.5m in size, limited to first-time exhibitors).
- Complimentary registration for the Fund at First Pitch , with the opportunity to present on the Pitching Show stage during the closing ceremony.
- Upgrading to a standard booth (3m x 3m) entitles the company to a 30% subsidy on the standard booth fee. This offer is limited to one booth per company and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Nomination Details
- The nomination is open worldwide. All companies and institutions can apply via online nominations. The only official portal for self nominations is the BEYOND Awards official nomination site.
- Referral nominations are jointly nominated by BEYOND Expo sponsors and BEYOND Awards partners. The only official portal for nomination is the BEYOND Awards official nomination site.
BEYOND Awards 2025 Benefit Upgrade:
Nomination Benefits:
Selected by global partners and eligible for a 30 percent standard booth subsidy (3m * 3m, each company is limited to one booth and cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other discounts).
Enterprises must meet the BEYOND Awards 2024 [Nomination Qualification] and complete independent nominations.
Eligible Benefits:
1. Any enterprise that passes the selection process can get one free start-up booth (1.5m * 1.5m), and exhibitors can enjoy the registration qualification for various exhibitor activities. Enterprises must meet the following conditions:
– Within 5 years of the establishment of the enterprise;
– First exhibiting.
2. Free registration to participate in the on-site Fund at First Pitch event.
Selection Process
2025 Selection Calendar:
July 2024: Nomination channel is opened
February 28 – March 15: First round of selection
March 15 – April 1: Second round of selection
April 15: Final selection: The ranking of Innovation Awards will be selected no later than April 15
April 30: Ranking of Impact Awards
May 24: BEYOND Awards Ceremony
- First round of selection: Initial screening to ensure all shortlisted candidates meet the nomination criteria.
- Second selection: (N to 120) Confirm the list of finalists. 120 companies will be selected for the final selection, of which 90 are nominated for the Innovation Award and 30 are nominated for the Impact Award.
- Final selection: (120 to 40) The jury meeting will decide and select the grand prize list, of which about 30 will be nominated for the Innovation Award and about 10 will be nominated for the Impact Award.
